Iiwari Tracking Solutions

Iiwari is a 3-year technology start-up based on researchers with a VTT background and patented UWB technology used for indoor positioning. Indoor positioning is an integral part of companies' digitalization and aims to increase the efficiency, safety and reliability of production and logistics. The possibilities in many different industries are almost limitless!

Your role

You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue targets. We have good ideas quickly put into practice; it is entirely possible that you will develop new ways of selling solutions or even a new sales culture for us! It's up to you!

Iiwarians work all over Finland, so in the era of telecommuting, the attitude of work always takes precedence over location! You also get to work with international clients, so fluent English is essential.

Your job description

Your job description includes mapping sales opportunities, telemarketing, and arranging appointments for the rest of the sales team. A systematic approach to leveraging our CRM system helps us all reach our goals and do our job better. Identifying key customers and arousing their interest with winning sales tactics is your daily challenge and joy. With online demos, attracting customers can be just such a tactic!

You will succeed with these features:

  • Proven sales experience in the B2B industry, preferably in technology / solution sales

  • Strong video calling skills, listening and presentation skills

  • Experience making dozens of calls a day

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Finnish and English. Other languages are also useful.

  • Manage the effective use of CRM

  • Effective management of one's own work and ability to multi-task

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent

  •  An ambitious attitude to work but a relaxed approach to life.
